If you are a Food Vendor (definition of a food vendor in ArtsQuest Terms is a person preparing food to be consumed on-site) there is a separate application on our website. If you serve a food product but it is not prepared or consumed on-site (ie packaged seasonings, olive oils, artisan vinegars, etc.) this is the application for you! Please be advised that the City of Bethlehem does require permitting with proper documentation of where your products are prepared and does require a health permit while on site. The cost of the permit is the responsibility of the applicant.
